Amo Sharks (AS) vs Band-e-Amir Dragons (BD)

Dragons Look To Continue Their Winning Run While Sharks Eye A Turnaround

Amidst CPL and T10 Leagues, Shpageeze T20 League has caught the attention of fans with its quality cricket in the first week of the tournament. All teams have displayed top-notch skills and are fighting it out louder to make things fall in place. One of those teams, who are strong contenders to reach next level in the tournament are Dragons, who are stuffed with a lot of international players.

They have lost their first game by one run but they got a lot of positives to take from. Usman Ghani scored 79 while Asghar and Zazai got starts. If there is any section, which needs to improve their skills, it has to be the fast bowling department. They were awful with their line and lengths in the last game. However, with the international player Hamid Hassan in the lineup, they are expected to make a strong comeback.

On the other hand, Sharks are in search of one win to make a strong comeback. They are heavily reliant on Javed Ahmadi and all-rounders, as the others in the lineup are mostly inexperienced. All in all, it would be an exciting contest to watch out.

Pitch Report –

So far, the venue at Kabul has favoured both batsmen and bowlers in an equal manner. Pitch assists the slow bowlers, and spinners will come into the play as game progresses. So far, the average score at the venue has been 160. It is expected to be a similar track once again, with slow outfield.

Must have players

Asghar Afghan

Without any second thoughts, he has to be on your team chart. Afghan brings international experience to the table and also got brilliant stats in this format of the game. He has got PPM of 47 in the tournament across the seasons.

Ibrahim Zadran

Zadran has always been sensational for his side. He not only gets points with the bat but also possesses the knack of picking wickets. He has got PPM of 84 in the last five games, which shows his consistency and form in the recent past.

Javed Ahmadi

He is yet another player, who has got exceptional stats to his name in this tournament. He has got PPM of 56 in this tournament, across the seasons and also got PPM of 70 in the last five games. Thus, he is our must-have player for this contest.

X factor players / Big bets

Waqar Salamkhel

He has got good stats and ability to make things fall in place. His PPM of 45 shows his consistency to perform in this format of the game. With pitch being supportive to the bowlers, we decided to choose him as our big bet for this contest.

Notable Misses

Darwish Rasooli

It is because of credits and team balance, we have left Rasooli for this contest. Apart from that, Rasooli can be a decent choice to have in this team but credits have been an issue to have him in the side.
