Pakistan seeks to stop Australia’s dominance
For the very first time in the home season, Australia has been challenged by the opposition. Pakistan has done what they could by posting a decent total on the board and later chipping in with early wickets, but all that effort was ruined by Steven Smith. Now they do have a chance to level the series which will be a morale booster for the visitors after their horrific performance against Sri Lanka. On the other hand, Australia seeks to seal series to continue their dominance.
Either Sean Abbott or Billy Stanlake will replace rested Pat Cummins for Australia in the final game. Pakistan is unlikely to change the playing XI, which has given a decent fight, but they may change the batting order for sure.
The surface at Perth Stadium has offered something for everyone in the two T20Is played so far. So expect a sporting game if both sides use the conditions to good effect.
The last game is the only instance where he has been dismissed in the home season. But that didn’t stop him from making it to the dream team as he proved to be handy in the field, along with having a decent start with the bat. He has a PPM of 90 and an MDTA of 1 in the last 5 games.
He is certainly a no brainer to have in the Dream11 cricket team. He has come up with back to back half-centuries in the series. Considering the kind of player he is known for there is every chance he may make it three in a row. He has a PPM of 54 and an MDTA of 1.3 in the format.
Apart from Babar, he is the only batsman from Pakistan to take the attack on to the home side in the series. His half-century in the last game was crucial for the side in setting a decent total on the board. After that performance, there is every chance for him to move up the batting order.
He is just so consistent with Australia in the home season. Apart from lone innings in the last 5 games, he has chipped in with at least a wicket in the remaining. His MDTA of 1.25 in the last 5 games makes him a must-have in the Dream11 cricket team.
