The veteran is back to where it all started for him. He was out of form in the IPL but captaincy added responsibility to his shoulders and he came back to form with a bang. Since then, he has been getting a lot of runs including some international T20 runs.
The left arm quick has had a terrific 12 months. He had a very good home season, was a lone shining light in the WC for the Windies and also troubled a few Indians in the recent ODI and T20 series.
He has been in good form, scoring runs and picking up wickets for the Windies. In T20s, he strikes at 159 with the bat and has 12 wickets in 15 games at an economy of 7.2, proving he is an asset.
The overseas pro from Pakistan has been named one of the best talents in the country when it comes to fast bowling. He came into the limelight with an excellent PSL and bowled a few good spells at the international level as well. He could be the X factor in TKR’s team.
