United Arab Emirates (UAE) Vs Scotland (SCO)

Last chance for teams to finish in top 6

In the Playoff 3, Scotland and the UAE clash off for one of the remaining two spots for the mega event in Australia. Both sides have been considered as favorites to finish in the top 6 at the start of the tournament but now only one of them can make it. The team from Scotland has never found the momentum towards the end of the season as they lost two crucial games in the lead up to the playoffs which means they finish at No.4 in Group A. On the other hand, the UAE is hit with the suspension of a few key players who had played a huge role in the tournament. Still, the UAE has somehow managed to move their way up.

Scotland is in for change

Scotland might consider bringing in H Tahir in place of C Wallace or M Leask. UAE is likely to stick with the Playing XI as that of the playoff 1.

Batting first is the way to go in Dubai

The surface in Dubai has proved to be high scoring one in most of the matches played in the tournament. Teams that bat first have success here so expect the same for Wednesday’s contest as well.

Must have players
