Will New South Wales find some form?
The campaign of New South Wales and Western Australia have gone on two opposite directions thus far in the season. Western Australia has won both its games in a convincing way by 125 & 102 runs respectively. On the other side, New South Wales has lost both its games convincingly as they failed to post a decent target on the board. Now it’s high time for them to find some sort of form to stay alive in the tournament and to do that, they need to stop Western Australia which is in red hot form.
The way the campaign has gone New South Wales is in for a few changes. On the flip side, Western Australia is likely to stick with their winning combination.
This is the first match being played in Sydney in this year‘s JLT One Day Cup. In general, the surface here produces even contests between bat and ball. So we expect nothing different this time around too.
D Arcy Short
After a pretty decent start in the first match, Short has come up with a century in the second. Leading up to the tournament, he has been in some form in the T20 Blast. His PPM of 107 in the tour and his career PPM of 61 in the format makes him a must-have in the Dream11 cricket team.
He is one of the future stars for Australia at an early age. After a decent run in the previous edition, he has stated this year JLT cup on a high. His PPM of 54 on the tour and his career PPM of 70 in the format make him a preferred choice to have in your Dream11 fantasy cricket team.
The Western Australian all-rounder has won the opening match single-handley with a century. His PPM of 90 in this tour and a career PPM of 59 in the format make him a worthy player in the Dream11 cricket team.
He has been in incredible form in the first two matches where he has come up with all-round performances. His PPM of 108 in this tour makes him an unmissable option on your dream team.
